Oberon’s customer service, tech support, sales, engineering and operations personnel will be teleworking from home. We are able to respond to customer inquiries, create quotes, process orders and ship product from our warehouse inventory. For fastest response, we are asking that customers e-mail sales@oberoninc.com for inquiries and quotes. If you call the office, an auto-attendant will suggest you e-mail us or leave a voicemail in the appropriate voicemail box. We will be responding to both e-mails and voicemails.

We have made arrangements to allow us to continue shipping product in a responsible manner. During this period, shipping times may vary. Please advise us if you have an urgent requirement related to a healthcare facility.
